ADVANCE PREPARATION

• Since everyone travels frequently now, we suggest you create your own travel accessories kit to ensure a stress-free holiday.
• Always make sure to carry less and light luggage, use four-wheel small or medium suitcases and please ensure that you are carrying only one suitcase per person. This will ensure that you travel smartly and without any inconvenience.
• It is also recommended that you have a cross shoulder bag or haversack for your utility needs, which will ensure that you are comfortable while sightseeing and also handy for photography during your tour.
• A smart cap/hat and sunglasses are definitely something you should have in your kit.
• Although WORLD TRIP PLAN provides all three meals as per the itinerary, i.e. breakfast, lunch, dinner and WORLD TRIP PLAN meals, you can also carry dry snacks of your choice in small sealed packets to eat during the air travel or road trip. can take.
• If you are traveling during monsoon or to destinations where it rains, please carry a small umbrella or poncho with you.
• For international tours, please carry a universal adapter to charge your camera and mobile phone.
• Make sure your clothing and shoes are appropriate for the destination you are traveling to.

Terms & Conditions

• The Company is Responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are suggested services and company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.

Unavoidable Circumstances

• If due to reasons beyond our control like riots, flood, accidents or any other natural or man-made calamities, the program of the tour has to be changed or extended, the additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers. As if any passengers, has to leave the tour mid-way, due to any reasons like death of relative, or illness or any other reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour.

Important Note

• In case of less bookings all USTs like MFL, Second Innings, honeymoon etc. will be merged with Family tours in order to operate the tour on optimum capacity   
  Although we pride ourselves in constantly maintaining our programme the above mentioned programme is subject to change without prior notice.
• Considering current pandemic situation some sightseeing places might be closed temporarily without any prior intimation, in such situation we will try to visit an alternate sightseeing if possible.
• Considering the current situation, we request all guest to follow mandatory travel requirements like RT PCR Tests, Vaccination certificates, Self Declaration, E Pass formalities etc as per the state / country's COVID Rules & Regulations, which are subject to change from time to time. Any cost incurred for these
• requirements will be borne by guest.
• World Trip plan do not recommend shopping at any specific shop, it is at sole discretion of Guest / traveller.
• 5% Government Service Tax will be applicable
• AC will not work in hilly areas
• This amount is valid for 7 days only
• This package amount is flexible

Complaints During

• Travel If traveller has any complaint regarding our service like hotel, transport etc. then it is advised to inform immediately on +91-998-2379-939 so that it can be resolved on the spot. No complaints or refunds will be entertained after the tour schedules.

Check-in & Check-out Policy

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 1400hrs and the standard check-out time is 1000hrs
