We strive for your complete satisfaction so as to provide a safe trip to the best of our ability without any misunderstanding between you, WorldTripPlan and the Tour Leaders. We believe in forgiveness, gratitude, positive attitude and innovation and sometimes even go beyond legal formats to ensure that all issues of the guest/s are resolved in a timely and friendly manner. Terms and Conditions - hereinafter referred to as the Terms and Conditions, set out below and on our website, tour registration form, any other printed material and brochures, form the basis of our agreement and understanding with you. WorldTripPlan is a service facilitator and guests are required to comply with the policies, rules and regulations, laws and orders of the destination and countries. You are requested to read, understand and sign in acceptance of all the terms and conditions before registering yourself/family/friends for our tour as 'Guest' to use our services.
(1) Short title, extent and commencement
A. These Terms and Conditions shall be called the WorldTripPlan (Domestic and International Guests) Terms and Conditions.
B. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all domestic and international trips organised by WorldTripPlan – hereinafter referred to as WorldTripPlan.
C. The Terms and Conditions will take effect from April 1, 2023, and will remain in force until further amendment or modification.
(i) Definitions: In these Terms and Conditions unless the context otherwise requires
'Brochures' means leaflets, folders, world exhibitions etc. published/published by WorldTripPlan.
'Company' means WorldTripPlan and all its divisions and brands, such as - Short Breaks, My Fair Lady, Honeymoon Special, Second Innings, Marigold, Prince Charming, Students Special, Adventure Special, Wedge Tours, and all other brands/divisions of WorldTripPlan.
'Itinerary' means a detailed plan of a journey containing a list of places to visit; a book describing a travel plan, route or routes of a journey containing useful information for travellers and always subject to unforeseen circumstances.
'Day 1 of travel' shall start at any time - i.e. morning/afternoon/evening at the first destination depending on the mode of transport. The same shall apply in case of the last day of travel. In other words, 'day' shall mean a part of a day or 24 hours or any part thereof.
'Force Majeure' means any event or circumstance not within the reasonable control of WorldTripPlan which, directly or indirectly, renders WorldTripPlan unable to perform its obligations/responsibilities relating to the Tour, including (a) war, hostile aggression, act of foreign enemies; (b) rebellion, revolution, insurrection or military or usurping power or civil war or political upheaval; (c) epidemics, pandemics, explosions, fires, floods, earthquakes or other extraordinary natural disasters and acts of God; (d) ionizing radiation or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel, or any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel, radioactive toxic explosives, or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component of such assembly; (e) riot, commotion or disorder; (f) any act or omission of any governmental body; and (i) abnormal weather or sea conditions (j) unforeseen cancellations by contractors such as suspension of hotels, transport, airlines, railways, Eurostar, bus services etc.
'Guest(s)' means the person in whose name or on whose behalf a booking and/or registration is made for any India and/or World Tour organised by WorldTripPlan.
'Independent Contractor' means the person and/or organization selected by WorldTripPlan to provide services such as transportation, hotels, air travel, insurance, restaurants, sightseeing to the guest(s) and/or WorldTripPlan. The Independent Contractor is not an employee, partner or joint venture of WorldTripPlan.
'Group Tours' means tours that are undertaken in groups of different individuals and families and where the services provided are the same for all guest(s) in that group.
Private Tours means tours that are undertaken as private tours and where the services provided are individual to the guest(s) in that group.
'Meals' means breakfast, lunch, dinner, packed food and/or any other snacks (dry/wet).
'Tour/s' means any India Tour organised by WorldTripPlan - also called 'Domestic Tour' organised in India and World Tour - also called 'International Tour' organised in any foreign country.
'Tour Leader/Assistant', whether called by any designation such as Tour Manager, Tour Escort, Tour Guide etc. means a person appointed by the Company to provide guidance/assistance to the Guest/s on the India and/or World Tour.
Bird's-eye view: "Pier's-eye view" means an unobstructed and extended view of a broad area in all directions, a detailed pictorial depiction or cyclorama of a landscape or other scene, often displayed one portion at a time and shown continuously to an audience.
'Jain Meal' means vegetarian food without onion and garlic. Meals will be provided as per the tour schedule and may not be served on the table. Meals must not include root vegetables and must be provided before sunset. It may or may not be served on the table.
Orientation Tour: The sightseeing tour includes a local city guide who provides information about the sights. The Company may stop at certain places depending on the permission of the local authority, which may change according to the season.
Working Days: These are days between Monday to Friday, and do not include public holidays and weekends.
Credit Shell: The credit shell is a credit note that can be used for future tour bookings as per its terms and conditions, which cannot be encashed.
Rescheduling Fee: The rescheduling fee includes administrative and operational charges incurred for conducting the tour taking into account the duration of the tour, number of destinations, sightseeing, etc.
(ii) General Explanation
Each provision/term of these Terms and Conditions shall be severable and if any provision thereof is declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable, then remaining provisions nevertheless shall have full force and effect.
The masculine gender, shall also include feminine gender and vice versa, the singular shall include plural and vice versa and shall include grammatical variations thereof.
(2) Scope of Activity
WorldTripPlan is an organization that coordinates all travel services to make travel enjoyable for the guest/s.
WorldTripPlan takes utmost care in the selection of all services and/or independent contractors who provide their services to our guest/s to ensure a comfortable experience during travel.
WorldTripPlan selects various aspects of travel such as hotels, restaurants, airlines, coaches, shipping companies etc. and exercises no control over their operations. Although WorldTripPlan takes utmost care of our guest/s; WorldTripPlan shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, death, damage caused by the omission, default or act of the employees or management of any agency or independent contractor.
All guest/s who have booked and/or registered for tours organized/arranged by WorldTripPlan are advised to keep themselves updated here or on WorldTripPlan.
For the convenience of our guests, we try to update them from time to time by sending them various travel related instructions through SMS/email/telephone/or any other mode of communication.
Guests should regularly check mail for updates through WorldTripPlan email id - info@worldtripplan.com, email of the person making the booking and SMS sent by WorldTripPlan to their mobile registered with worldtripplan.
Guests are advised to visit the website www.worldtripplan.com to stay updated with the terms and conditions, as WorldTripPlan reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
(3) Brochure/World Exhibition
All previous brochures, letters and other media printed and/or published by WorldTripPlan including travel charges shall be void upon publication of the latest brochure/website/mobile app. Every effort is made to ensure accuracy in the publication based on information available at the time of publication of the brochure. Maps and/or letters used in this and other media printed and/or published by WorldTripPlan are inserted for the convenience of the guest/guests only and are not necessarily to scale and/or official.
WorldTripPlan reserves the right to change any information in the brochure, including itinerary, travel charges, departure date, number of nights at destination and hotels, before or after any guest has booked and/or registered for any trip and/or after departure of any trip, if schedules, travel conditions and circumstances require WorldTripPlan to make any changes to the information in the brochure without assigning any reason. WorldTripPlan will endeavour to inform the guest/guests of such changes as soon as possible. City tours include a bird's eye view of the places mentioned in the itinerary and unless specifically mentioned, these will be bird's eye view or photo stops only. The last day of the tour will be the final destination/country as per the pre-planned/revised itinerary.
(4) Booking of Tour
(A) Acceptance of Guest(s) on Tour Registration Form:
Signature of the Guest(s) on the Tour Registration Form and/or payment of the initial registration amount or full payment, whichever is earlier, shall imply the Guest(s)' acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein in full.
In case the group consists of a large number of Guest(s), signature of one or more Guest(s) on the 'Registration Form' shall imply that the Guest(s) other than the signatories have duly authorised the signing Guest(s) and all the Guest(s) for whom registration was done shall be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
The Guest(s) are requested to sign such forms, documents or other tour related papers, wherever required to be signed by the respective Guest(s). Proof of identity and address is mandatory for booking the tour and for going on the tour during sightseeing.
(B) Online Registration
Guests can register online for tours/services by paying the registration amount of the tour through our payment link available on www.worldtripplan.com website and/or through the payment link sent by WorldTripPlan staff.
The booking will be processed on the date of payment based on the availability of seats.
Discounts applicable on the date of payment will be applicable.
Your submission of the online booking form and/or making online payment for your tour will mean that you have accepted the terms and conditions of the tour booking.
Service/logistic charges for online payment will be payable by the Guest.
The Guest will be required to send a copy of the first two and last two pages of the passport for booking WorldTour.
We have secured our website with security technologies to keep your information safe and confidential.
However, WorldTripPlan will not be responsible for online bookings that are cancelled due to any uncontrollable reason, such as failure of the booking engine, including software or network errors.
Online or offline booking can be done from our office, 5, 05, Opposite Amer Stadium, Amer Road, Near Hotel KK Royal, Amer, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302028.
Any dispute or complaint arising out of online booking shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur Courts only.
(C) Intention of the Guest(s) to participate in the tour
Payment of registration amount only signifies the intention of the Guest(s) to participate in the tour but does not entitle them to any services including travel tickets, visa, hotel accommodation etc. until full payment of the tour fee is received by WorldTripPlan.
(D) Passengers requiring special assistance:
No special services will be provided to any specific individual in a group trip.
WorldTripPlan, without any liability, will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special needs of persons with disabilities/senior citizens, provided informed at the time of registration with the required documentation. Subject to availability and associated costs.
Most transportation services do not have wheelchair ramps.
Guest requiring such services/assistance must be accompanied by a qualified companion, the full cost of which will be borne by the guest with disability/senior citizen.
(E) Minimum booking of the tour
Group tours will only commence when the number of booked guests is 20 or more, and such bookings must be received by WorldTripPlan at least 01 day prior to the tour start date.
If the number of guests booked for a tour falls below 20, the tour may be combined with another tour or converted to a private tour (without a company tour leader), which will increase the tour package price by 20%.
WorldTripPlan may cancel the tour without giving any reason, and in such a case, guests may claim the amount paid only after deducting taxes and visa fees, if any, paid by WorldTripPlan to the visa processing center or consulate.
To avoid delays in obtaining a visa and the possibility of having to reapply if the visa is rejected, it is essential to apply for a visa in advance along with the visa fee.
If WorldTripPlan decides to cancel/change a tour, the cancellation/change will be communicated by (a) SMS (b) telephone (c) email at least 01 calendar day prior to the tour commencement date as provided in the registration form by the Guest or any person acting on the Guest's behalf.
(F) Merger of Tours
Tours are merged only if one or both tours do not meet the minimum guest criteria and/or the tours originate from different locations.
Tours may be merged partially or fully.
In rare cases, a particular tour may be merged with a family tour.
WorldTripPlan reserves the right to merge tours.
Seat allocation on coaches in the merged tour will be done strictly as per the tour booking date.
(G) Health
The Guest(s) hereby acknowledge that the Guest(s) who have booked the tour are well aware of the itinerary and are medically fit for the said tour.
The Company reserves the right to require the Guest(s) to produce a written certificate of their medical fitness before departure.
Only persons who are medically fit for the said tour shall join the said tour.
Persons who are suffering from any illness for which they have received medical treatment and/or have undergone tests and/or hospitalization shall join the tour at their own risk.
It is the responsibility of the Guest(s) to provide a medical certificate at his/her own expense before embarking on the tour or on the tour, if required by the governing authority of the destination.
In the event of any health emergency or health related problem during the tour, the Guest(s) shall be solely responsible for the same and shall make their own arrangements for medical assistance and other expenses on the tour.
The Guest(s) shall not expect the Tour Leader to provide full attention and/or any medical treatment.
The Tour Leader is responsible for arranging tour related services for the group. WorldTripPlan reserves the right to cancel/restrict/modify/amend the tour of such Guest(s) without assigning any reason and in such event no refund shall be applicable.
In the event of death of the Guest(s), all arrangements and advance payments for transportation of the body including obtaining death certificate, post mortem, repatriation of the body with all personal effects/property and insurance claims etc. shall be made by the accompanying Guest(s) and/or the relative of the deceased.
The Company shall make every effort to provide any assistance but cannot guarantee the same.
The entire expense shall be borne by the accompanying Guest(s) or their relatives.
WorldTripPlan or any Tour Leader shall not be responsible for the same.
If any relative wishes to travel to the country where the guest/guests passed away, all necessary arrangements shall be made by the said relatives only.
(H) Persons other than those booked
Friends or relatives of the guest(s) who have not booked the tour will not be permitted in the hotel rooms, restaurants, coaches and sightseeing or to participate in any of the tour activities.
(5) Insurance
Guest(s) are advised to obtain adequate travel insurance policy and overseas travel insurance coverage to cover expenses on account of hospitalization, accident etc. during the trip.
WorldTripPlan provides travel insurance to its guests, but travel insurance charges are applicable as per the insurance policy, guests have to pay the insurance charges separately apart from the travel charges.
It is mandatory for the guest(s) to fully inform the insurance company about any medical condition that may affect their ability to travel fully.
The insurance company and/or the service provider reserve the right to require written certificate of medical fitness from the guest(s) before departure.
WorldTripPlan is an insurance facilitator and is not responsible for settlement of insurance claims for any reason whatsoever and it is solely a matter between the respective insurance company and the guest(s).
Guest(s) are advised not to carry any valuables during the trip and not to keep any valuables in cargo baggage.
In case of an unfortunate event such as hospitalization and/or unfortunate death during the trip, it shall be the sole responsibility of the Guest(s) and/or relative of the hospitalized person/deceased to contact the insurance authorities for further processing of the claim and submitting the necessary claim.
Insurance is mandatory
(6) Payment by guest/guests
(A) Payment
The registration amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable and interest free.
The travel fee must be paid in foreign currency before visa processing.
The guest/guests are required to pay the balance amount as per the payment policy.
The booking will be processed by WorldTripPlan when the registration amount or full payment, as the case may be, is paid in full or as per the payment policy.
In case of billing error, the company reserves the right to re-invoice.
If the cheque is dishonoured by the bank, the guest will have to pay Rs.500 (Rupees Five Hundred only) for each cheque and cheque bouncing charges.
WorldTripPlan reserves the right to take legal action as required in respect of dishonoured cheques.
(B) Travel Loans
The Company welcomes loan facilities offered by banks/financial institutions to eligible guest/guests for any tour, provided he/she satisfies the tour payment terms as prescribed by WorldTripPlan. However, WorldTripPlan is not responsible/liable for the grant/rejection/refund/repayment etc. of such loan facilities.
(C) Tour Tariff
The estimated cost of the tour shall be calculated as per the rates prevailing at the time of quotation. The total tour tariff
Must be paid in full as per the payment policy or by the due date mentioned in the invoice, whichever is earlier.
Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 18% per annum.
WorldTripPlan reserves the right to change the tariff in the event of any amendment/change/alteration/variation in the said rates before the date of departure.
Any such increase in the tour tariff must be paid in full by the guest/guests before tour departure.
Any increase in the tour tariff during the tour must be paid in full by the guest/guests on the tour.
Tours commence from the first destination mentioned in the itinerary, unless the tour is by air.
All tour tariffs are exclusive of all taxes as applicable from time to time.
The Guest hereby unconditionally accepts that prices, set of services and inclusions may vary as per product, season etc. and shall not be considered universally for any kind of comparison. The tour tariffs mentioned in our brochure/website/mobile app are as per the time of publication and are subject to change.
(D) Discount or Benefits
Upon booking the trip early, the guest/guests become eligible for the benefits or discounts announced by WorldTripPlan, which are valid for limited seats, limited duration, specific travel dates and vary from trip to trip, region to region, country to country, guest to guest and according to the age of the guest.
The agreed amount of discount is subject to timely payment by the guest/guests, i.e. payment must be made as per the policy.
Accordingly, WorldTripPlan reserves the right to modify, change, amend or withdraw any discount/benefit without prior notice to the guest/guests.
To be eligible for any discount/benefit, the guest/guests must make the full registration amount or payment as per the policy at the time of booking itself.
The discount/benefits are applicable to guest/guests aged 2 years and above for world trips and guest/guests aged 5 years and above for Indian trips.
(E) Foreign Exchange
To provide a single-window facility to the guest/guests, the Company is a currency changer authorized by Reserve Bank of India to arrange for the foreign exchange requirements of the guest/guests.
The documents (A2 form, passport copy, PAN copy etc.) and payment for obtaining foreign exchange should be as per RBI regulations.
Guests are required to pay equivalent INR as per the exchange rate of that day by local clearing cheque/demand draft/net transfer in favour of "WorldTripPlan" at least 45 days prior to departure of the tour, for obtaining foreign exchange.
Service charges will be applicable on payment through credit/debit cards and depositing foreign exchange directly into the Company, as per Company policy.
(F) Airlines
Airlines are solely responsible for overbooking of seats by airline, loss of baggage by airline, failure of airline to accommodate guest(s) despite having confirmed tickets, flight delays, change of date or time, refusal of boarding by airline, suspension of operations by airline etc. and no claim of any kind shall be made by the guest(s) against WorldTripPlan.
Allotment of seats in group bookings is in the hands of the airline.
In case of flight delay, flight cancellation or missed flight, the guest will have to bear the additional cost.
Guests are free to book their own tickets and refunds will be made as per the contract between WorldTripPlan and the airline.
After the air ticket is issued at the request of the guest, WorldTripPlan shall not be responsible for new bookings and guests joining the group.
Airline policies and terms and conditions for booking, cancellation, baggage, change in airline ticket, meals etc. shall apply. Guest(s) will be required to pay higher season surcharge as per the rules of the respective airline.
Any increase in air fare, airport taxes, visa fees, fuel surcharge after registration will be borne by the guest(s).
(G) Tour tariff other than Ex-Jaipur
Airfares are based on Jaipur-India departures unless specifically mentioned. Guests flying to destinations other than Jaipur must pay full airfare and ensure arrival as per itinerary. Any additional expenses including airport transfers, hotel stay, meals, etc. will be the responsibility of the guests.
(H) Reimbursement to WorldTripPlan
If WorldTripPlan pays any monies on behalf of the Guest(s) in addition to the Tour Tariff, whether by law, Force Majeure or otherwise, the same shall be promptly refunded to WorldTripPlan by the Guest(s) upon demand by WorldTripPlan.
(I) Direct payment into bank account
Any payment made directly to WorldTriPlan's bank account through any electronic mode like Net Banking, Payment Gateway, Payment Wallet, Cheque Deposit etc. must be acknowledged within 24 hours by physical copy/email along with valid documentary proof of payment. Payment receipt will be issued only after the Guest informs WorldTripPlan.
(7) Documents
(A) Passport
Passport is a must document required whenever guest/s intend to travel abroad. Passport must be valid at least 180 to 365 days subsequent to the scheduled arrival date of the tour - subject to rules of the specific visa embassy or consulate.
WorldTripPlan is not responsible for any damage to the documents including passports mis-handled at VFS Centre, Ambassy, Consulates, Courier Agencies etc.
Foreign national shall ensure the valid VISA when the tour commences from India and concludes in India. Such Foreign national shall solely be responsible for any contingency in respect of the same.
Non Resident Indian (NRI) are responsible for rules of visiting country such as compulsorily holding Person of Indian origin (POI) or Overseas citizen of India (OCI) card while traveling, gap of minimum 2 months between two visits to avoid deportation entry problem through immigration authorities etc.
(B) Loss of Passport
Before Departure: WorldTripPlan is not liable to compensate the cost of new passport or loss of valid/expired visa or any other loss of the applicant in case of loss of passport from Consulate, VFS, Embassy or Courier Agency/Service Company.
During the Trip: In case of loss of passport during the trip, expenses like filing FIR, visiting Indian Embassy, ??obtaining new passport or landing certificate, lodging, food, transport etc. are to be paid by the respective guest/guests.
Obtaining landing certificate or new passport is entirely the responsibility of the guest/guests.
The Tour Leader is not responsible, liable or bound for loss of passport and its consequences.
The entire resulting expenses shall be borne by the guest/guests.
In case of loss of passport, any other guest accompanying the guest who wishes to terminate the trip mid-way shall also be responsible to meet the related/resultant expenses etc.
No further refund shall be given in case of abandoning the trip mid-way.
(C) Visa - World Travel
The guest(s) wishing to travel abroad must have a valid visa to travel/visit that country(s).
Visa is the short form of 'Visitor Intending to Remain Abroad' and means a valid permission granted by the government of the country without which the guest(s) cannot travel/visit that country.
The Company usually assists in preparing and submitting the documents by sending the visa application to the relevant embassies and consulates on the dates prescribed by the relevant authority.
Guests are advised to refer to the FAQ/Documentation page/Deadlines on the Visa Consulate website.
It is the guest(s) responsibility to check the correctness of the filled visa form before submitting it to the Visa Consulate.
WorldTripPlan shall not be responsible for any errors in the date of Visa granted or delay in granting visa or scanned photographs by the concerned authority.
Guest shall be responsible for the photographs specifications provided by different Consulate.
All costs and charges in respect of the said application for the visa except VISA fees shall be borne by the guest/s only.
Guests must inform WorldTripPlan within a day of receipt of VISA as the Passport will be required for processing VISA of other visiting Countries.
Company reserves the right to levy an additional charge over and above the tour tariff to be paid and borne by guest/s for delay in procuring visa and producing before WorldTripPlan for any reason whatsoever
Some Embassies and Consulates and/or Visa facilitating Centre requires Guest to appear in person in order to provide bio metric data (fingerprints, digital photography, etc), Interview, to show original documents or clarification at the given time which guest needs to provide at their own cost.
Consulates require various documents such as return air tickets, hotel booking vouchers etc. which are arranged by WorldTripPlan, although these arrangements vary from consulate to consulate.
Although the guest/visitor submits the visa kit in advance, WorldTripPlan may submit the visa application later for the following reasons: (A) Unavailability of group appointment from the Consulate. (B) If the Consulate suddenly cancels visa appointments for any reason. (C) Limited visa submissions accepted by the Consulate and/or Visa Facilitation Centre. (D) Submission period declared by the Embassy/Consulate. (E) Appointment slots not available at VFS/Embassy/Consulate etc. (F) Visa on Arrival. (G) Pending payment of foreign exchange component
The guest is solely responsible for illegal immigration and the costs associated with it.
Despite submitting all relevant documents and/or attending a personal interview, the granting of a visa is at the sole discretion of the embassy or consulate, over which WorldTripPlan has no control.
Consulates usually do not give any reasons for not granting a visa and/or put a rejection stamp on the passport and WorldTripPlan cannot interfere with the visa process.
(D) Mandatory Documents for Visa
Passport with 180 to 365 days validity from arrival date in India with blank pages in passport
VISA forms filled by each guest, signed & details as per Passport .
Some Consulates has different procedures towards Children which needs to follow by Guests.
Covering letter stating purpose of the travel -Consulate requires purpose of travel such as Personal, Tour, Employment etc. along with financial/ sponsorship details.
Sometimes due to load factor at the embassies and consulates, the VISA processing takes longer time and in few cases VISA is not granted before tour departure or it is delayed
Incomplete and non-submission of Visa documents, shall be responsibility of Guest only.
Guest should check all contents in VISA, sticker VISA, E-VISA etc. especially Name as per Passport, Passport No, validity, photographs, signature of the authorized person etc.
(F) Responsibility of the guest / guests
As per airline guidelines, guests are requested to reach the airport 3 to 4 hours before departure.
It is the sole responsibility of the Guest(s) to ensure that they collect the necessary valid travel documents and statutory clearances including court clearances such as passport, visa, confirmed travel ticket, travel insurance including medical treatment, medical fitness certificate in accordance with the laws of the country of travel during or before departure, other documents used for confirmation of tour services including arrangement with independent contractor and other statutory certificates enabling them to travel.
All travel documents are non-transferable and must be issued in the name of the passport/photo identity card holder otherwise the booking may be cancelled.
The Guest(s) must collect all such documents in time to travel and be present at the time of departure.
The Guest(s) must retain certified copies and photocopies of all travel documents, statutory clearances including court clearances, passport, visa, confirmed travel ticket, travel insurance.
(G) photo identification
It is mandatory for all guest/s including child travelling are required to carry the Original photo identification in the form of driving license, election ID card, Aadhar Card, Passport, OCI card etc. All guests are required to carry photo identification as required by the rules & regulations of the visiting country. Such rules varies from time to time and country to country and available on official website of the consulate of respective countries and guest/s needs to read it for hasle-free travel.
(8) Itinerary Changes
(A) Unforeseen events
In the event of force majeure, WorldTripPlan reserves the right to change/modify/vary/alter/change its tour itinerary.
Such changes etc. will be communicated to the guest/guests before departure of the tour or during the tour, as the case may be.
Any additional charges incurred due to such changes etc. in addition to the tour tariff, shall be payable by the guest/guests before or during the tour, as the case may be.
No complaint/compensation and/or refund claim in excess of the amount provided by WorldTripPlan shall be entertained for lack and/or non-availability of services such as museums, restaurants, sightseeing, shopping etc. beyond the control of WorldTripPlan, though these services are included in the tour itinerary.
In the event of any day of the trip being cut short/sightseeing missed/services not being provided for any reason at the Company's end, other than Force Majeure, WorldTripPlan shall be liable to refund to the Guest(s) only that portion of the trip amount received for the missed day/missed sightseeing/missed services.
However, the Guest(s) are requested not to ask for any payment beyond what is payable to WorldTripPlan in this regard (if any).
(B) Deviations
If a guest/guests wishes to deviate from the itinerary, WorldTripPlan will, at its discretion and if possible, allow such deviation.
For such deviation, the guest/guests will have to pay the full cost of the same in addition to the travel fee before trip departure.
(C) Guest(s) joining the tour and/or visiting places other than those mentioned in the tour
(A) Guest(s) joining and/or departing the tour must adhere to the following cautions and ensure to sign and collect the Tour Registration Form from the booking staff and/or booking office at the time of booking
Joining/Leaving tour price excludes: Airfare - Main ticket, Internal Air Tickets if any, Visas, Insurance, snack hamper and airport transfers.
It do not have any connection with Regular Tour Cost.
Foreigners/NRI Guests have to pay any applicable charges while entering destination (e.g. permit in Bhutan).
WorldTripPlan will confirm Tour dates one month prior to the departure date.
WorldTripPlan is not responsible for Purchase of non-refundable air tickets
Insurance is mandatory for many tours and guest has to ensure it before travel.
Guests must provide Telephone numbers, Active mobile numbers while touring, email id, emergency contact, flight details for communication purpose.
Tour routing/date may change & in such case no compensation shall be made for the consequences.
(B) The guest/guests must have full air travel tickets including internal travel, valid visas for the respective countries and insurance cover if required by the respective countries, unless otherwise informed.
(C) If the guest/guests are arriving before the scheduled arrival time of the tour at the respective airport, they must be present on time at the respective airport arrival hall of the terminal where the respective tourist group is landing.
(D) If the guest/guests are arriving after the scheduled arrival time of the respective tour, the guest/guests must join the tourist group directly at the hotel/first destination/sightseeing spot etc., as the case may be, at their own cost and risk.
(E) Such guest/guests are required to provide details to WorldTripPlan 20 days before the departure of the tour, such as to and fro flight/travel details, photocopy of airline tickets, email, mobile, contact details of the guest/guests etc.
(9) Transport
(A) Seating arrangement in coach or bus or cab
Seat numbers are allotted based on booking dates for regular and combined tours. Seat numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 (front 4 seats) in each bus/coach are reserved for WorldTripPlan including tour leader/guide etc. and/or are priority/premium seats which can be booked by guest/guests by paying additional charges, subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to allot priority/premium seats. For priority/premium seats, the Company does not guarantee additional seats but only gives priority to the front seat in the bus/coach. In smaller vehicle, booking priority will not be maintained and the right to allot seats rests with the Tour Leader.
Seat allotment in coach in combined tours will be strictly followed as per the tour booking date. The travel mode has a strict policy of "No Smoking", "No Alcohol" and "No Food". WorldTripPlan advises the guest/guests to keep all luggage with them while leaving the travel mode for any reason. All luggage and personal effects are the responsibility of the Guest(s) at all times and under all circumstances. WorldTripPlan shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any loss of luggage of the Guest(s). Any damage caused by the Guest(s) to the bus/coach and/or any other travel means during the trip shall be reimbursed by the Guest(s) to the relevant independent contractor and the Company shall not be liable for the same. The Company reserves the right to sell/block empty seats on the coach on a daily basis so that group members will keep those empty seats available for the Company's use. The Guest must abide by the coach policies.
(B) International Tourist Coaches or Buses or Cab
The company usually arranges air-conditioned/air-conditioned, luxury coaches. The size and seating capacity of the coaches/buses usually depends on the type of travel, itinerary and number of guests etc.
(C) Domestic Tourism Coaches or Buses or Cab
The company usually arranges AC/AC, Non-AC coaches, Mini coaches, Jeeps or Taxis with different seating capacities depending upon the type of itinerary and number of guest/s etc.
Note: All transfers and sightseeing will be done by A/C or non-AC vehicle as per the size of the tour group
(10) Hotels
Company takes care to select and book hotels on behalf of guest/s at convenient locations subject to availability. Hotel accommodation is generally provided on Twin sharing basis in standard rooms and the third bed is often a roll-away mattress put in a twin bedded room. Triple sharing rooms are limited and A family of four(4) is given two(2) rooms at most of the destinations around the world In such cases, child guest/s required to pay Tour tariff of adult. Most of the rooms have a private bath or shower. Air-conditioning, central heating and other facilities are provided by the hotels depending upon various factors including weather / climatic conditions, local systems, tour type, etc. Heater facility is chargeable & guest need to pay if required. At hill stations, Air condition is chargeable & guest need to pay if required. In case of any requirements with hotel services, guest/s are requested to inform reception. All baggage and personal effects under all circumstances is the sole responsibility of guest/s. Any damages to the hotel room, visiting place, coach during the stay/visit/tour shall be the sole responsibility of guest/s and guest is required to bear the consequences of the same. Hotel's management/administration shall be solely responsible for all the service related issues of the hotel staff. WorldTripPlan reserves the right to change the Hotel at any time .Guest/s are required to abide by Policies prescribed by Hotel.
(A) Single Occupancy
Single guest have to pay single occupancy charges for the full tour. Size of single room is comparatively smaller than twin sharing room and may be on different floor than groups rooms. For any reasons at last moment, if the sharing partner cancels the tour then other person will have to pay single occupancy charges
(B) Check in and check out times
Every guest has to abide by the check-in and check-out time of the respective hotels. For Indian tours, generally the check-in time is 12 noon and check-out time is 10 a.m. For World tours, generally the check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is at 12 noon. However, check-in and check-out may differ depending upon destination, hotel policy . If guest wants any change therein,guest should manage the same at his own cost with hotel authorities on payment of additional charges, if any
(C) Extra features or Additional service
Additional facilities such as laundry, telephone, mini bar, alcohol, beverages, meals, optional excursions, excess baggage charges, shopping, paid toilet etc., if availed by the guest/guests, are required to be paid by the guest/guests before leaving the hotel, ship/cruise or restaurant etc.
(C) Room Sharing
Two single guests may decide to share a hotel room on the same tour with mutual written consent. Excess amount charged as a single booking will be refunded within 10 working days from the arrival of the tour. Any misunderstanding or incidents such as lost luggage or disagreements between them will have to be resolved by the room partners among themselves. The company will not be responsible for any damage or accident. No smoking policy is applicable in shared rooms. WorldTripPlan reserves the right to allocate rooms for specific tours.
(11) Restaurant
WorldTripPlan normally do not serve non veg food items during en-route journey for International/Domestic Sector. WorldTripPlan shall endeavor to select the best quality restaurants for en-route lunch halts in terms of food, sanitation facilities, hygiene, service but shall not have direct control over their maintenance. Guest/s shall take note that the Restaurant Manager allots the table for the group that shall depend upon the time slot, group size and infrastructure of the restaurant
(12) Meals
There is mostly a preset menu for meals depending on the tour program. Packed meals are served at some places. Company mostly serves Vegetarian food along with few Non - Veg items. WorldTripPlan do not differentiate among the guest/s by providing a special meal or special diet. In some cases only Veg food will be provided. In case of baby meal, Company generally provides packed milk, plain dal and rice, apart from that if any different diet is required, the said guest/s shall make their arrangements for the meal at their own costs and consequences. WorldTripPlan do not provide meal at Airport and/or in the Air flight. No Complaints / Claims for refund in respect of the meals shall be entertained and WorldTripPlan reserves the right to change the menu and arrangements of the meals without assigning any reasons thereof
(13) Baggage
Guest/s are responsible for personal belongings and to carry their own baggage. Guest/s have to check the baggage rules at the airport, during any air travel, in coaches, in any train journey, at immigration points, at siteseeings etc and be responsible for the same. The porter-age or the tips for services rendered to carry guest/s baggage to the rooms is guest/s responsibility and have to be paid directly to the service provider. The "porter" or any helper arranged by the guest/s at any train stations, airports, at immigration points or any other place, is the sole responsibility of the guest/s and guest/s shall have to pay tips directly to them.
(14) Tour leader or tour guide on a tour
The Tour Leader/Assistants assist the guest/guests throughout the tour. The Tour Leader service starts from the first destination of the itinerary. The instructions and information given by the Tour Leader to the guest/guests are to be followed in the group tour without assigning any reason and the Tour Leader will not be responsible for any disobedience of instructions by the guest/guests and its consequences. All communication between the Tour Leader and the guest/guests will be in Rajasthani, Hindi or English.
(15) Cancellation Charges
You have booked group tour where WorldTripPlan requires to book services like hotel, air, transportation etc. in advance because all group need to travel at the same time and stay together in one hotel. Our moto is to avoid all inconvenience to guest & enjoy their tour happily. And for blocking the reservations, we need to make the payment in advance. In such situation if tourist does not availed the services then we have to bare the cancellation charges. In order to cover our expected losses from the cancellation there’s a set scale of charges which must be paid by the guest if you or anyone traveling with you cancels the tour or cancel any services or arrangements that form part of your booking with us. The cancellation charges are a percentage of total tour cost which varies with the number of days prior to departure date. Cancellation charges are as follows:

Cancellation charges on additional service/deviation will be extra, GST will be applicable on cancellation charges.
This is currently a non-refundable amount as per the components attached. In case of component change/amendment, the policy will change accordingly.
Please note, TCS once collected is non-refundable in case of any cancellation/amendment. You can claim the TCS amount as an adjustment against income tax payable while filing income tax return.
The cancellation charges shown are not inclusive of all taxes and applicable taxes will be added.
The terms of the cancellation policy will not apply to any Indian festivals like Diwali, Holi, New Year, Krishna Janmashtami etc.
A. General Terms applicable for all type of cancellations
As per the cancellation policy, refunds will be made in Indian Rupees only within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.
No interest will be payable on refunds for any cancelled tour.
Cancellation charges will be applicable on the cost of the tour published at the time of cancellation.
For any service other than private or group tours booked by the guest, additional cancellation charges will apply in addition to the cancellation table above.
World Trip Plan will not be responsible for additional costs related to any arrangements made by the guest regarding the tour.
The guest should initiate any cancellation correspondence with World Trip Plan by emailing his registered email ID cancellation.worldtripplan@gmail.com.
B. Tour cancelled by guest due to personal reason
If the guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason, he shall make a written application to the World Trip Plan and/or email from their registered email-id with World Trip Plan on cancellation.Worldtripplan@gmail.com with Cc to staff who booked your tour. Cancellation is valid only if sent on abovementioned email address only. Any other form including oral, telephone, sms etc. shall not be treated as request for cancellation.
The letter or email must contain the following information:
Passenger's name
Tour code or Form number
Registered mobile number
Reason for cancellation and copy of receipts issued by WorldTripPlan.
Single guest opted for sharing the room with other guest will require to pay cancellation on cost of single occupancy if for any reason, cancels or alters the booking of the tour.
No adjustment shall be made from the payment contributed by partner of shared room
WorldTripPlan reserves the right to allocate rooms for particular tours where booking is done on single guest basis and the guest has to adhere to the same.
Bookings made after cancellation will be treated as fresh bookings for all purposes.
On tours cancelled by sharing partner, single occupancy tour cost is required to be paid.
Air ticket cancellation and deposit forfeiture charges will be applicable as per respective airline rules. These are additional cancellation charges which need to be paid by the guest/guests immediately.
C. Trips canceled by WorldTripPlan
WorldTripPlan may cancel the tour without giving any reason and in such case the guest(s) can only claim the amount paid after deduction of taxes and visa fees, if paid by WorldTripPlan to the Visa Processing Centre or Consulate.
When WorldTripPlan decides to cancel the tour, notice of cancellation must be given at least 15 calendar days before the tour start date, unless force majeure occurs, by any of the following means (as provided by the guest(s) in the tour registration form).

D. Cancellation due to VISA rejection – Deemed Cancellation
The trip will be considered cancelled unless the Guest informs WorldTripPlan in writing to re-apply for visa within 24 hours of visa being rejected or delayed by the Consulate for any reason.
Cancellation charges will apply from the date the Guest informs WorldTripPlan of visa cancellation.
The Guest may apply for visa a second time at his own risk and consequences. If the visa is rejected again, the new date of notification will be considered as cancellation of the date of the trip.
Sometimes the visa process takes longer and in some cases the visa is not granted or is delayed before the trip departure. In such cases, WorldTripPlan as a facilitator will neither be responsible for any consequences nor liable for any refund. The Guest will have to bear all cancellation and re-booking charges for the next tour.
If visa of some guests of the registration form is cancelled and other guests of the same form cancel the tour, cancellation charges will be applicable on all bookings as per the above table.
The Consulates send the visa and passport directly to the guest's place of residence or to WorldTripPlan as per their rules and regulations. In both the cases, the guest should check all the contents in the visa, sticker visa, e-visa etc., especially the name as per the passport, passport number, validity, photos, signature of authorized person etc.
If the immigration office does not allow the guest to leave the country or enter the country, WorldTripPlan will not be responsible.
In many cases, the Consulate requires air tickets/hotel vouchers for visa processing. On cancellation, actual air charges/visa charges will be payable in addition to the above cancellation table.
E. Cancellation due to force Majeure Situations
Under force Majuere Situation, worldtriplan reserves the right to Cancel, partly cancel and/or reschedule the tour considering safety and betterment of the Guests. worldtripplan will issue non-encashable Credit Note after deducting actual charges towards rescheduling and others such as Air,VISA, hotels etc.
worldtripplan will request suppliers for assisting in postponement of tour & guest can join the next possible date of same tour product. Guests are required to pay additional Cost, if applicable.
Guest can also opt for other tour product where cancellation will be applicable.
In case of force majuere event, worldtripplan cancel the tour and if payments already been made to their respective suppliers then worldtripplan reserves right to refund as & when they receives the same from the respective airlines/land suppliers in their bank account subject to actual cancellation.
F. Rescheduling of tour due to Uncontrollable factors
WorldTripPlan reserves the right to reschedule the tour and/or change the itinerary due to uncontrollable factors such as changes in airline schedules, suspension or discontinuation of services by suppliers, major event at the destination affecting the route of transport, etc. No refund is applicable in uncontrollable situations and the guest must follow the new schedule/itinerary.
Guest is required to pay additional cost due to delay in flight or cancellation of flight or missed the flight , missing the connecting flight during travel as the case may be. Guests are free to book their own tickets & refund will be processed as per contract between worldtripplan and Airline. Once Air tickets are released as per request of guest, Worldtripplan will not be responsible for new booking & guests will require to join group at their own cost & consequences.
Fine, penalties or any such payments arising due to not meeting with the requirements of any airport or government authorities including Passport or Visa documents, court orders are responsibilities of guests and to be paid by the guest.
G. Cancellation due to non-payment of travel price - deemed cancellation
If full tour tariff is not paid as per terms & conditions, worldtripplan reserves the right to cancel the booking / registration with consequent forfeiture of deposit/advance amount/entire part payment made to worldtripplan. and/or the deduction of cancellation charges without giving notification, at the discretion of worldtripplan.
The bookings shall be processed by worldtripplan only after the registration amount is paid in full.
H. Right of Entry and Termination
Guest with medical ailment: If any guest/s is suffering from any medical ailment Worldtripplan reserves the right to cancel the booking / registration of such guest/s on medical and/or other grounds without assigning reasons thereof. Worldtripplan also reserves the right to restrict / modify / amend / discontinue the tour of such guest/s without assigning any reasons. Additional cost incurred will be payable by guest. No refund is applicable to guest.
Worldtripplan reserves the rights to cancel the booking/registration of any of the guest after acceptance of the payment but prior to commencement of the tour, without assigning any reason. In such event Worldtripplan shall only refund the payment received from the guest for the tour.
Worldtripplan reserves the rights to terminate the booking/registration, prior to departure/during tour, if the guest is not following the group decorum of the tour or misbehaves or without assigning any reason whatsoever. In such an event, no refund or compensation shall be paid to the guest and he shall have to bear and pay the expenses for his return travel.
I. Absent - considered a cancellation
If the guest does not join the trip on the day of travel, it will be treated as a No Show - this will be treated as a cancellation and 100% cancellation will be applicable.
Worldtripplan issues multiple air tickets for travel under a single PNR. As per airline rules, missing any flight in a single PNR is treated as a No Show and no refund is available.
In the above situation, all services will be treated as cancelled unless the guest informs his willingness to join the trip at his own cost and consequences within 24 hours from the date and time of departure.
J. Discontinuation from ongoing tour
If the guest cancels the trip for any personal reason, it will be considered a cancellation and no refund will be applicable.
WorldTripPlan assists guests in booking services in case the trip is canceled due to medical reasons, however the guest or his relatives must pay the cost of the services in advance to the tour leader or at the WorldTripPlan office during the trip.
K. Transfer of tour/Future tour
Transfer from the originally booked tour to another tour will be treated as cancellation of the earlier tour and hence a fresh booking will have to be made for the other tour.
The tour tariff and discounts available/offered for the cancelled tour are not valid for the new booking. The tour tariff and discounts applicable on the date of fresh booking of the other tour will apply.
(16) Complementary words for WorldTripPlan
The Company reserves the right to change the policy regarding compliments without giving any reason, without prior notice to the Guest. No claim will be accepted if the compliments are not availed. It is the Guest's responsibility to claim compliments through online mode, wherever applicable.
(17) Miscellaneous
(A) Complaints or Grievances
If the guest has any claim, grievance and / or complaint in respect of services provided by any of the independent contractors, the guest shall immediately notify the same to the independent contractor in writing, and a copy thereof is handed over to the tour / leader / / Assistant and / or Company not later than 7 days thereof to enable WorldTripPlan to take up the matter with the concerned independent contractor.
(B) Privacy of Information
Any information provided by the guest/guests to the tour leader/assistant and/or WorldTripPlan shall be subject to disclosure if required by law or court order, or under rules, regulations and investigations by any governmental/statutory authority. The company shall not disclose any data to any person other than the tour-wise WhatsApp group created for the purpose of sharing common information before and during the tour.
(C) Government rules for NRIs
Non Resident Indian Guest, All guest/s staying abroad including NRIs or foreigners should abide by all the laws, rules, regulations of Government of India and / or the country concerned while undertaking the tour.
(D) Photos or video clips
The Company reserves the right to use photographs/video clips of the Guest taken on the tour and/or provided by the Guest for the promotion of WorldTripPlan business, without prior permission of the respective Guest. Such photographs/video clips may be used on any medium with due respect to the feelings/emotions of the Guest/Guests.
(E) Reference Call
The Company reserves the right to refer guests to prospective guests, on request, for promotion of worldtripplan business. In addition, the Company is also authorized to send promotional SMS/E-mails/Phone calls along with the transaction.
(F) Valuables
WorldTripPlan advises the guest(s) to avoid carrying any valuables with them during the trip as far as possible. In case of loss of any personal belongings of the guest(s), WorldTripPlan will not be liable for the same.
(G) Shopping
Shopping is an important part of any trip and an experience in itself. All Guests are informed that WorldTripPlan neither recommends nor promotes any specific shop or vendor for the purpose of shopping. We understand that Guests are sensible enough to decide for themselves what to buy and where to buy from. It is up to the Guest's discretion. Hence, WorldTripPlan assumes no responsibility or liability in case of any fraud or misdirection by the shop owner.
(H) Outside guest/guests are not allowed
No outside guests will be invited by the Guest on the tour and are not permitted to use any of the tour services.
(I) paid toilet
In certain locations/destinations/countries, paid toilets are provided which have to be used by the Guest/Guests themselves.
(J) Jurisdiction
All disputes relating to the tour and any claims arising thereunder shall be settled by the competent courts of Jaipur only.
(18) Refund conditions
Refunds, if any, for changes/modifications/amendments/changes and/or cancellations etc. of any tour will be paid directly to the guest by 'A/C Payee' cheque or bank transfer in Indian Rupees at the exchange rate prevailing on the date of cheque, as per Reserve Bank of India rules and regulations, even if the tour is paid partly or fully in foreign currency.
No refund shall be payable
For any missed/unutilised service of the tour including meals due to any reason whatsoever.
Where it is necessary to pay partial/full deposit in advance to the relevant authorities to enable the Company to confirm the reservation and/or visa.
If the services of the tour are modified, altered, modified, curtailed or not utilised due to any force majeure.
If a guest decides to cancel the tour and/or is compelled to do so due to any change in rules and regulations made by the government of the visiting state/country.
Where airport to airport airfares are contracted in bulk.
If the tour is postponed/cancelled indefinitely due to force majeure or any other unforeseen disaster.
Refunds do not apply for international/domestic sectors and on certain conditions including that such air tickets are non-refundable and date changes are not permitted.
WorldTripPlan is not liable to pay any amount if the Guest and/or the Company does not receive the visa on time. WorldTripPlan has to depend on various agents for the process. If a person misses the trip due to a cut in the itinerary, he/she cannot claim any amount from WorldTripPlan. Since the granting/non-granting of visa and communication regarding granting/non-granting of visa is beyond the control of WorldTripPlan, the Guest should be mentally prepared for any mental/physical discomfort caused due to non-receipt and/or delay of visa just before departure or during the trip.
(19) Reservation
WorldTripPlan reserves the right:
to admit any person to any tour or FIT package or currency exchange
to modify, alter, vary or withdraw any tour advertised and/or published, including its services, flight routes etc., without assigning any reasons thereof
to modify, alter, vary or withdraw any discounts/benefits offered or priority booking of bus seats if the minimum registration amount is not paid at the time of booking or any cheque drawn in favour of WorldTripPlan is dishonoured, and/or to modify, alter, vary or withdraw any condition, representation, term or condition set out in this brochure, without assigning any reasons thereof
to change, add, enhance or waive any term, representation, term or condition set out in this brochure.
(20) Liability and responsibility of WorldTripPlan
WorldTripPlan' s responsibility is limited only to making the reservation in accordance with the guest's requirements and no further
The company is not responsible for
(A). WorldTripPlan is mere a travel agent who books services on behalf of their travelers. WorldTripPlan is not responsible for the delayed / canceled / last moment price increased by the independent contractor.
(B). Any personal or property loss suffered or damaged by the Guest/s due to deficiency in services by any independent contractor. Any courtesy shown to the Guest/s by WorldTripPlan to mitigate such loss or damage shall not be deemed an admission or waiver of such liability. WorldTripPlan shall under no circumstances be liable to the Guest/s or any other person for any loss or expense suffered by them or any other person due to theft or any other cause during the tour and the Guest/s shall be solely responsible for taking care of their valuables.
(C). Delay in train/flight due to any reason, rescheduling/cancellation of train/flight, non-servicing of inter-connection meals etc.
(D). Any additional expenses incurred due to any delay or change in flight, bus, ship, train or cancellation of particular coach due to unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions, strike, war, quarantine, or any other reason.
(E). Sightseeing and/or programmes missed after commencement of the tour, or sightseeing and/or programmes cancelled before the scheduled period due to unforeseen circumstances and any reason beyond the control of the Company, such as political, natural calamity, monuments under renovation, VIP movement and security, heavy rush at sightseeing spots, road traffic congestion, pandemic etc.
(F). Any travel, holiday, excursion facility in excess of the total amount paid or agreed to be paid by the Guest/Guests for the tour, including any consequential loss or additional expenditure incurred due to the Guest/Guests not being allowed to board the train/flight due to certain reasons beyond the control of WorldTripPlan.
(G). Any loss of luggage or other material caused by independent contractors or their agents, hotel staff, bus/coach or luggage during the tour, including loss or damage caused to the Guest due to force majeure, negligence or technical breakdown or any change, modification or cancellation of his/her schedule by the airline/railway authorities/cruise/Euro Rail etc.
(H). Allotment of seats and meal service on board the aircraft.
(I). Any celebrity appointed as entertainer for the tour is unable to join the tour for reasons beyond the control of WorldTripPlan.
(J). Any personal injury, illness, accident, loss, delay, inconvenience, consequential loss and/or loss or damage to baggage or personal effects in any manner whatsoever.
(K). In case of death of the Guest during the trip all applicable rules and procedures of law must be strictly followed and all procedures relating to death must be dealt with and handled by the Guest or their relatives at their own expense and consequences.
(L). Any injury, loss, personal injury, death or damage to any person or property caused by the act or omission of the management/employees/agents of any independent contractor.
(M). Any damage, additional expense or consequential loss suffered by the Guest/s due to cancellation, modification and/or alteration of any services of the trip mentioned in the itinerary/brochure by WorldTripPlan after registration by the Guest/s.
(N). All or any information given in these Terms and Conditions is based on information available at the time of publication. WorldTripPlan reserves the right to change any information before or after the booking of the tour due to circumstances/events outside our control. Upon becoming aware of any change, we or one of our representatives will notify the guest/guests in advance by SMS and/or email.
WorldTripPlan Management would be happy to meet the guest/s for any improvement points. Management considers all its guest/s as family members and is sure and have confidence that guest/s shall approach the management for any suggestions/improvements.
(21) Complaints during
If any traveler has any complaints regarding our services, such as hotels, transportation, etc., during the trip, please inform us immediately at +91-998-2379-939 for prompt resolution. No complaints or refunds will be entertained after the itinerary.
