All correspondence regarding tour/travel services and booking should be addressed to M/s. World travel plan.
Booking: Your contract is with M/s World Trip Plan once the booking is confirmed. A contract exists between us when we confirm your travel/travel services and receive a deposit from you.
Payment: For contracted services, you will be required to deposit a minimum of 25% of the total cost to M/s World Trip Plan. A deposit is required to hold the booking upon confirmation.
Balance Payment: Balance payment is to be made 15 days before the date of service commencement. Any booking made within 15 working days from the date of services will be considered as late booking and full and final payment will have to be made at the time of booking.
Note: Apart from the above, in case of special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during peak season (X-Mas, New Year, Pushkar Mela, Diwali etc.), full payment is required at the time of booking. ,
Payment Mode: Domestic customers can make payment using any of the following methods:-
By online credit card payment (American Express/Visa/MasterCard/Discover/Diners Club).
By online debit card payment (by Master/Visa/Maestro).
By offline credit card payment (American Express/Visa/MasterCard/Discover/Diners Club).
By cash/cheque/demand draft.
By Bank Transfer (RTGS and NEFT).
Note: In case of credit/debit card payment, additional bank charge of 3% of the total amount will be levied.
All payments must be free and clear of any withholding taxes and deductions.
Bank charges for remittance, if any (by the bank or by the intermediary bank) will be borne strictly by the payer.
Payment Process: All payments are to be made in the name of M/s World Trip Plan.

Policy regarding Cancellation/No Show/Early Departure:
In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive the letter in writing and the cancellation charges will be as follows:
60 days and before arrival – 10% of tour/service cost.
30 days before 59 days before arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
29 days to 15 days before arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
14 days before arrival to 08 days before – 50% of the tour/service cost.
07 days and less, before arrival or no show - No refund.
Please note – Notwithstanding the above cancellation slab – in case of cancellation of tour/travel services after booking with us – a minimum 10% service charge will be applicable.
If you cancel your tour after the tour has started, the refund will be limited to a limited amount, which will also depend on the amount we are able to recover from the hotel owners we patronize. We do not take any responsibility for refund of unused hotel accommodation, chartered transport and missed meals etc.
In case of special train journeys (such as Palace on Wheels, Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, Deccan Odyssey, Golden Chariot, Indian Maharaja and Maharaja Express) – a separate cancellation policy is in place (which will be advised if required).
Please note that if the booking for the following period is canceled for any reason, no refund will be given for the said cancellation.
High peak season booking (20 December to 15 January).
Festival period booking (Festivals like - Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar Mela etc.).
Long weekend booking.
Refunds: The refund amount in respect of refund of unused/unused services (which have been paid for and already cancelled) will be decided based on the cancellation policy mentioned above and the money will be returned to the person accordingly Who has paid. Pay us. Please note that due to banking procedures the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks. If the refund is made to a credit card account or bank account, bank charges will be debited from the refund amount.
Arrival and Departure Policy:
Check-in time: 1200 - 1500 hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. To guarantee prompt check-in, reservations must begin the night before.
Check-out time: 1000 - 1200 hours
Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability/payment
Additional use of vehicle: Please note that the cost of additional use of the vehicle (car/coach with driver) is not included in the services and therefore additional use of the vehicle is not allowed until after the transfer or after the sightseeing tour. This has not been mentioned. Detailed itineraries/services.
Our Liabilities and Limitations: Please note that after finalizing the tour/service cost, any increase in entry fees, taxes, fuel costs or guide fees of monuments/museums is imposed by the Government. Additional fees will be charged as in India.
