Doodh Talai Lake or Dudh Talai lake, is a small pond located adjacent to the Lake Pichola, near Shiva Niwas Palace (residence of Maharana Fateh Singh), in the heart of Udaipur, Rajasthan.
Access
Doodh Talai Lake is located near the Udaipur city center. It is about 24 km from the Udaipur Airport, and 3 km and 4 km from the Udaipur City Railway Station and Udaipur City Bus Depot respectively. Tourists can also use local Tangas, auto-rickshaws and taxis to reach Doodh Talai.

Attractions
Doodh Talai lake shares a common link road with another picturesque attraction Lake Pichola. Doodh Talai is surrounded by small hillocks which hosts Deen Dayal Upadhyay Park, and Manikya Lal Verma Garden . Doodh Talai Lake provides few options for fast food centers, camel and horse rides and boat ride.
Manikya Lal Verma Garden
Manikya Lal Verma Udyaan (also known as Doodh Talai Udyaan) overlooks the Pichola Lake and Doodh Talai Lake. It was constructed in the year 1995 by the Nagar Parishad (City Council) Udaipur. There are stairs to reach the garden and there is also a separate road for vehicles. There is also the Karni Mata Temple on the top of this hill. A white stone statue of Karni Mata is installed inside the temple.
History of Doodh Talai Music Park
The other name of Doodh Talai Music Park is Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Park. This is the first park in Rajasthan to have a musical fountain. This musical fountain is an excellent source of entertainment. The view of this fountain with lights and music is captivating.
