Guests Departing from Delhi – Scheduled Group Departure

Guests departing from Delhi should report at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, as per the scheduled flight departure time shared by World Trip Plan. Guests are advised to reach the airport well in advance to complete check-in, baggage drop and other pre-departure formalities comfortably.

Upon arrival at Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK), Bangkok, complete immigration, baggage collection and other airport formalities before meeting the World Trip Plan representative/Tour Manager at the designated meeting point.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World

Guests joining the tour directly in Bangkok by making their own travel arrangements should plan their arrival according to the scheduled group joining time.

Your World Trip Plan Travel Advisor and Tour Manager will coordinate with you and provide the designated meeting point and joining instructions in Bangkok. The Tour Manager will meet you directly at the designated meeting point and assist you with the onward transfer as per the itinerary.

Important Notes

• For Joining & Leaving guests, flight tickets and travel arrangements to and from Bangkok will be at their own cost.
• To avail of the group airport transfer, your arrival airport must match the scheduled group arrival airport – Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK), Bangkok.
• Guests joining in Bangkok should ensure that their arrival time allows sufficient time for immigration, baggage collection and airport formalities before the scheduled group joining time.
• Hotel check-in will be as per the standard check-in time of the respective hotel.
• In case of early arrival, guests may have some waiting time before the scheduled hotel check-in.

Upon arrival at Suvarnabhumi International Airport, complete the immigration and baggage formalities before meeting our World Trip Plan representative/Tour Manager at the designated meeting point.

After joining the group, proceed towards the hotel for check-in as per the scheduled group transfer and hotel check-in time. Take some time to relax and unwind after your journey.

The rest of the day is at leisure. You can spend your free time relaxing at the hotel, exploring the nearby surroundings or experiencing the vibrant atmosphere of Bangkok at your own pace.

Later, return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Proceed for sightseeing covering selected popular attractions of Bangkok as per the confirmed group itinerary. Explore the city’s famous temples, cultural landmarks and architectural highlights while learning more about Thailand’s rich heritage.

Depending on the final sightseeing schedule, the tour may include attractions such as Wat Arun, Wat Pho, Golden Buddha and other selected city highlights.

After sightseeing, enjoy some free time for shopping and exploring Bangkok. Guests can visit local markets, shopping centres or enjoy the city’s vibrant surroundings at their own pace.

Return to Pattaya by speedboat and proceed back to the hotel.

Upon arrival at Phuket International Airport (HKT), meet the local representative and proceed towards the hotel by scheduled group transfer.

Complete the hotel check-in formalities and take some time to relax after your journey.

The evening is free for leisure. Guests may explore the nearby surroundings, relax at the hotel or enjoy Phuket’s tropical atmosphere.

Guests who wish to explore Phi Phi Islands can proceed to the designated departure point as per the local tour operator’s schedule. Board a speedboat and enjoy the scenic journey across the Andaman Sea.

Explore the stunning island scenery, turquoise waters, tropical beaches and spectacular limestone formations. Guests can relax, take photographs and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Optional water sports and other activities, if available, will be at the guest’s own cost.

After completing the optional island tour, return to Phuket by speedboat and transfer back to the hotel.

Start your morning with breakfast at the hotel. Take some time to enjoy your final moments in Phuket and prepare for your return journey to Delhi.

Today’s Departure

After breakfast, complete the hotel check-out formalities as per the scheduled departure time. Ensure that you have collected all your personal belongings, travel documents and valuables.

Proceed towards Phuket International Airport by the scheduled group transfer. Our Tour Manager and local representative will assist you with the transfer arrangements as per the confirmed schedule.

Upon reaching the airport, complete the required check-in, baggage drop and departure formalities for your flight to Delhi.

After completing the airport formalities, board your scheduled flight from Phuket to Delhi.

Upon arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, collect your baggage and proceed towards the designated arrival area.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests

Guests who have joined the tour directly in Thailand will make their own onward travel arrangements from Phuket International Airport unless return travel to Delhi is specifically included in their confirmed package.

For guests travelling with the group, the scheduled return flight will be from Phuket to Delhi.

Any onward travel arrangements from Delhi to the guest’s final destination will be at the guest’s own cost unless specifically included in the package.
