Guests who have opted for the 'Bangalore to Kochi' tour package are required to report at the Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru two hours prior to the scheduled departure time (07:00 PM).

Upon your arrival at the Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru, your 'World Trip Plan' Tour Manager will meet you and ensure that your transfer—whether to your hotel or to a sightseeing location—is completed smoothly and without any interruptions, in accordance with the tour itinerary.

Guests Joining and Leaving (J&L) the Tour – From India or Anywhere in the World: If you are joining this tour from any part of India or from abroad by making your own travel arrangements, please ensure that you have received complete information regarding your arrival at the destination, the hotel check-in procedures, or the specific location where you will be joining the group.

Your 'World Trip Plan' Travel Advisor/Tour Manager will contact you and guide you accordingly. The Tour Manager will meet you directly on the first floor, as specified in the tour itinerary shared with you.
