Guests who have opted for the 'Ladakh to Ladakh' tour package are required to report at Ladakh's Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport two hours prior to the scheduled departure time (2:00 PM).

Upon your arrival at ladakh Airport, your 'World Trip Plan' Tour Manager will meet you and ensure that your transfer—whether to your hotel or to a sightseeing location—proceeds seamlessly and efficiently, strictly in accordance with your itinerary, and without any waiting time on your part.

Joining and Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World: If you are joining this tour from any part of India or from abroad by making your own travel arrangements, please ensure that you have received complete information regarding your arrival at the destination, guidelines for hotel check-in, or the specific location where you will be joining the group.

Your 'World Trip Plan' Travel Advisor/Tour Manager will contact you and provide guidance accordingly. The Tour Manager will meet you directly on the first floor, as specified in the tour itinerary shared with you.
