Guests Joining from Kolkata – Scheduled Group Departure

Guests who have opted for the Jagannath Puri & Kolkata Tour are required to report at the designated Kolkata Railway Station at the scheduled arrival and reporting time shared by World Trip Plan.

The group journey will commence from Kolkata at approximately 04:00 AM, after which guests will proceed towards Bhubaneswar by road as per the scheduled group travel arrangements.

Our World Trip Plan Tour Manager / Representative will coordinate with the group and assist guests throughout the journey to ensure a smooth and comfortable start to the tour.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World

Guests who wish to join or leave the tour from their own preferred location may make their own travel arrangements to the designated joining or departure point.

For guests joining the tour directly, the designated joining point will be Kolkata, as per the tour arrangements shared by World Trip Plan.

Your World Trip Plan Travel Advisor and Tour Manager will coordinate with you regarding your arrival time, joining point, transfer arrangements and onward travel.

The Tour Manager / Representative will meet you at the designated joining point and assist you with the onward journey as per the itinerary.

After a warm welcome, proceed towards Bhubaneswar by road as per the scheduled group transfer arrangements.

The journey from Kolkata to Bhubaneswar will be covered by comfortable road transportation. Guests can relax and enjoy the journey while travelling towards Odisha.

Upon reaching Bhubaneswar, proceed to the hotel and complete the check-in formalities as per the hotel's check-in policy.

As this is an early morning arrival and transfer day, the remaining day will be kept for rest and leisure. Guests can relax at the hotel and recover from the early morning journey.
