As your much-awaited journey with World Trip Plan begins, here’s how your first day will unfold based on your selected tour departure:

Guests Departing from Jaipur – Scheduled Group Departure

Guests who have opted for the Jaipur to Goa tour should report at the designated departure airport three hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.

Upon arrival at Goa Dabolim International Airport, your World Trip Plan Tour Manager will meet you and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel or sightseeing spot, as per the itinerary.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World

If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own travel arrangements, please ensure that you receive complete guidance for a smooth arrival, hotel check-in, or joining at the sightseeing point.

Your World Trip Plan Travel Advisor and Tour Manager will coordinate and guide you accordingly. The Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination, as per the itinerary shared with you.

Important Notes

• For Joining & Leaving guests, flight tickets and airport transfers will be at their own cost.
• To avail of the group airport transfer, your arrival airport must match the scheduled group arrival airport – Goa Dabolim International Airport.
• Your arrival time should be at least one hour before the scheduled group flight arrival time.
• On the last day, your departure flight must be scheduled after the group's flight from the same airport to avail of the group airport transfer.
• Hotel Check-in Time in India: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (12:00 hrs) or later.
• If your flight arrives in the morning, sightseeing may be arranged before hotel check-in to make the most of your time.
• In case of flight rescheduling—arriving earlier on the first day or leaving later on the last day—any additional meals or snacks required will be at the guest’s own cost.
• We recommend keeping your travel documents, valuables, and money safe during the tour.
• Always keep World Trip Plan emergency contact details and your Tour Manager’s mobile number with you during the journey.

Today we begin our memorable journey with World Trip Plan as we arrive in Goa. Upon arrival at Goa Dabolim International Airport, our representative will meet and greet you and assist you with your transfer to the hotel. Upon reaching the hotel, complete the check-in formalities and take some time to relax and unwind after your journey. The rest of the day is completely at leisure. You can spend your free time relaxing at the hotel, enjoying the resort facilities or exploring the nearby surroundings on your own. Later, return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Today, we explore the beautiful and cultural side of South Goa. After breakfast at the hotel, we begin our sightseeing with a visit to the Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its historic significance and magnificent architecture. We then proceed to the Se Cathedral, one of the largest churches in Asia, admired for its impressive Portuguese-style architecture.

Later, we visit Dona Paula, a popular viewpoint offering beautiful views of the Arabian Sea, followed by Miramar Beach, known for its golden sands and peaceful surroundings. We continue our exploration of Goa’s scenic coastline and heritage attractions before returning to the hotel.

The evening is at leisure to relax at the hotel or enjoy the vibrant Goan atmosphere on your own.

Overnight Stay: Goa

Today, after breakfast, we set out to explore the vibrant and scenic side of North Goa. Our sightseeing begins with a visit to Fort Aguada, a historic Portuguese fort offering panoramic views of the Arabian Sea and coastline. We then proceed towards Sinquerim Beach, known for its beautiful surroundings and peaceful coastal views.

Later, we visit Calangute Beach, one of Goa’s most popular beaches, followed by Baga Beach, famous for its lively atmosphere, beach shacks and vibrant surroundings. We continue towards Anjuna Beach, known for its scenic coastline and relaxed Goan vibe.

In the evening, enjoy some free time to explore the local markets, cafés or beaches on your own before returning to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Today marks the end of your memorable Goa journey with World Trip Plan. After breakfast, check out from the hotel as per the standard check-out time. Depending on your departure schedule, you may have some free time to relax or explore the nearby surroundings on your own.

Later, proceed towards Goa Dabolim International Airport (GOI) for your onward journey. Guests travelling on the scheduled group flight will proceed to the airport as per the group’s departure schedule. Our representative will assist with the airport transfer as per the applicable tour arrangements.

For Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests, airport transfers will be provided as per the applicable tour arrangements. If your flight timing and airport match the group’s departure, you may join the group airport transfer. Otherwise, the cost of reaching the airport will be borne by the guest.
