Guests Departing from Jaipur – Scheduled Group Departure
Guests who have opted for the Jaipur to Delhi tour should report at Jaipur International Airport three hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
Upon arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi (DEL), your World Trip Plan Tour Manager will meet and greet you and ensure a smooth transition to the group vehicle for your onward journey to Haridwar, as per the itinerary.
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World
If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own travel arrangements, please ensure that you receive complete guidance for a smooth arrival at Delhi Airport, joining the group, and onward transfer to Haridwar.
Your World Trip Plan Travel Advisor and Tour Manager will coordinate and guide you accordingly. The Tour Manager will meet you directly at the designated meeting point at Delhi Airport, as per the itinerary shared with you

Today we begin our memorable journey with World Trip Plan as we depart from Jaipur and fly towards Delhi. Upon arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, our representative will meet and greet you and assist you with your onward transfer to Haridwar.
Upon reaching Haridwar, proceed to the hotel and complete the check-in formalities as per the standard hotel check-in time. Take some time to relax and unwind after your journey.
Depending on the arrival time and tour schedule, you may have the opportunity to visit nearby attractions or experience the spiritual atmosphere of Haridwar. The rest of the day is at leisure, allowing you to relax at the hotel or explore the nearby surroundings on your own.

En route, you may witness the natural beauty of the region and experience the peaceful atmosphere of Uttarakhand. Upon arrival in Barkot, check in to the hotel and relax after the journey.
The evening will be at leisure. You can rest and prepare yourself for the upcoming Yamunotri Dham Yatra the following day.

Early morning, after breakfast, get ready for the sacred Yamunotri Dham Yatra, one of the four revered pilgrimage sites of Char Dham.
Proceed towards Janki Chatti, the starting point for the Yamunotri trek. From here, begin the trek towards the holy shrine of Yamunotri. Pilgrims can seek blessings at the temple and take in the serene Himalayan surroundings.
After darshan and prayers, begin your return journey towards Janki Chatti and then proceed back to Barkot.

Upon reaching Kedarnath Dham, seek blessings at the revered Kedarnath Temple, one of the most sacred Shiva temples and one of the twelve Jyotirlingas.

For Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests, the tour concludes at the designated drop point in Delhi. Guests making their own onward travel arrangements may proceed towards the railway station, bus stand, airport, or their next destination at their own cost.
